biltong manufacturers, biltong mfrs and wh'salers, biltong wholesalers, restaurants...The Berlin brand of restaurants started out life on a smallholding in Muldersdrift, in Gauteng. The owners, Wolfgang and Barbara Hieckman, at the time planned to retire and moved from Krugersdorp to a smallholding in a more rural setting. Wolfgang would prepare traditional German food from his homeland for visiting friends. Soon the word got out about the delicious German fare and before long, the Berlin Pub and Restaurant was born, named after Wolfgangs place of birth.
