Energy Africa Recruitment

Meet the business

Energy Africa Recruitment was founded in 2006. A pivotal shift in 2012 marked the exclusive focus of our unwavering commitment to the renewable landscape, focusing our expertise solely in renewables (solar, wind, BESS, and some hydro power). Our home base is South Africa, yet our influence has touched parts of Africa and the Middle East, resonating with a symphony of clean energy aspirations. Beyond being mere recruiters, we function as architects of high-performing teams, discerning curators of skilled talent, and guardians of enduring partnerships. We thrive on delving deep into the fabric of our clients' DNA, deciphering cultures, understanding environments, and forging connections. Collaborating closely with our candidates, we embark on a journey to comprehend their experience, skill sets, developmental needs, career aspirations, personal attributes, and driving motivations. This comprehensive understanding serves as the foundation upon which we align and match client and future employee. More than a decade of commitment has woven a tapestry of enduring connections—where clients seamlessly transition into candidates and vice versa. Your brand's reputation is the cornerstone of our journey, and our relentless pursuit of excellence echoes in our endeavours.
