Meet the business
At JA General Services, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality electrical, solar, security, and home automation solutions to both residential and commercial clients. Founded by JP Langenhoven, who brings over 21 years of experience in the electrical industry, the company is built on a foundation of hands-on expertise, project management knowledge, and a proven track record with leading organizations such as Telkom, Eskom, and the City of Cape Town. Since its establishment in 2022, JA General Services has grown from a supplementary venture into a dedicated, full-time business, driven by passion and a commitment to long-term client relationships. Today, we specialize in electrical installations, fault finding and repairs, thermal scanning, Certificates of Compliance (CoC), solar power systems, CCTV surveillance, data cabling, and advanced security and home automation services. Our vision is to be a trusted partner, offering modern, sustainable, and future-ready solutions that bring our clients both efficiency and peace of mind.
