Meet the business

I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor registered with the ASCHP. I believe in facilitating a climate for change through empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard by using an Integrated Person Centred Approach. Counselling is an effective way to facilitate and encourage positive growth and teach clients healthy coping mechanisms to address any concerns they might have in their day-to-day lives. All individuals experience different reactions to different events. I am here to help guide my clients to the path that they would like to be on. I work with the client’s needs and adapt to their framework.
