Positively Alive is a specialised employee wellness consultancy and accredited training provider dedicated to transforming the way organisations approach health, wellbeing and workplace culture in South Africa. Founded and led by Alan Brand, a respected employee wellness expert who lives openly with HIV, Positively Alive brings decades of hands-on experience in wellness strategy development, training facilitation and motivational speaking. Alan’s deep personal insight, coupled with his professional expertise, fuels our mission to break down stigma, foster understanding and build stronger, healthier communities and workplaces throughout Southern Africa.
